Job Summary

Our growing team is seeking a motivated individual to handle all accounts payable duties, while also providing top notch customer service to our amazing clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts Payable month end reporting
  • COI’s / W9’s, autopay and vendor agreements
  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure best pricing and discounts
  • Employee benefits including health insurance, HRA, IRA, UI, WC, etc.
  • Reconcile statements and payment records
  • Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments
  • Provide effective performance feedback through regular day to day interaction with teammates.
  • Schedule maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
  • Maintain the building working with landlord as it relates to our Mequon office.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Good organization and time management
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
