You don’t have to live with iron in your water! You don’t have to live with a rotten egg odor in your water either! We carry an iron filter that not only removes the iron in the water but also the odor that exists in some private well applications. The system that we carry is called an Iron Curtain system. It is an iron filter system that is chemical free & doesn’t require daily maintenance. The system utilizes oxygen in one tank and then filters the water in another tank that is filled with a media that attracts the iron and odor and flushes it out of the system. It is an amazing system- I have one myself and could not live without it! The Iron Curtain will need maintenance every 4-7 years… however, I have some clients that have had their units for over 10 years and never needed a service call. Every well is unique.
